What is your restock policy?
With the launch of the new site, Juné Manga plans on bringing you more restocks, more frequently. We have plans to restock missing titles from number ones to holes in series for our products we have the licensing for. Keep an eye out on both our blog and social media sites for announcements for restocks.
Is my product in Japanese or English?
All manga and novels are in English for both print and digital. However if you wanted to double check, you can always email us at june_desk@emanga.com!
Do you accept payments other than Credit Cards?
Not at the moment.
What digital format should I get?

PDF: Compatible with most devices. It works for Windows, Mac, Android Devices and most tablets.
*For iOS devices: We recommend you download the pdf. via Safari, it will then show up on your iBooks app.

ePub: ePub is compatible with most devices.
*ePub Apple works for Apple devices and will open on iBooks. ePub Kubo works for Kobo e-readers. -
Mobi & PRC: These two formats work best with Kindle/Amazon devices.
- CBZ: A format suited for comic books reading apps. If you have a manga/comic reading app that allows you to upload cbz. files, this is the format for you.
What is your cancellation policy?
No cancellation will be accepted unless for back-ordered and/or pre-ordered products. We will charge 20% of the amount credited back as a service charge/restocking fee.
What is your disclaimer policy?
Once a package leaves our facility, liability for successful shipment is assumed by the shipping service provider. We assume no responsibility for the delay or loss of your package within the carrier system. We are unable to issue replacements or refunds for items lost in this manner. Any complaints or claims should be filed directly to the carrier.
What is your return policy?
Items cannot be returned once they are received unless the item is defective when it arrives. If you need to return an item it must be returned within 14 days and unopened. Please contact june_desk@emanga.com.
All sales are final for digital downloads.
Do you take international orders?
Juné is happy to say we take international orders!
Also please be aware of the customs/duty in your country. Juné is not responsible for it and may request that the shipment be sent back and re-sent at the customer's expense.
Do you take requests for products to carry on Juné?
Like our news service, Juné was crafted for yaoi fans by yaoi fans. If there's a certain product you wish we had, our staff will go to the full extremes to get it for you. Contact june_desk@emanga.com.
Will you be having discounts?
Absolutely! Juné Manga offers a membership points based reward system. The more you buy and share, the more points you get! Keep an eye out for flash point sales! We will also offer occasionally deals on our books in general, join our social media sites to see when these pop up sales occur.
I have no idea what to buy my friend/relative/pet/significant other. Can I buy Gift Certificates to your store?
We know exactly how you feel. Artists and anime fans are hard to shop for. That's why we offer Gift Cards in various increments. They're easy for you and them, and are good for any item for sale at Juné.
Terms and Conditions (to make our legal guys happy)
- Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
- Any unused balance will be placed on recipient's gift card.
- If your order exceeds the amount of your gift card, you must pay for the difference.
- Gift card cash value is 1/10 of one cent.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. However, we will do our best to assist you with any problems you may have.
- Juné will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift card is either redeemed through the Juné website or is redeemed and used to make purchases on the Juné website.
- The risk of loss and title for gift cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable.
- Gift cards will not be available until payment is received if paid by money order
